  • Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

    No. All processing happens on your device. The only network request is the one-time, optional download of a Whisper model.

  • Why not a subscription?

    Memoria has no server costs: everything is local. A subscription would not be honest. You pay once for the product, that's it.

  • How long does indexing take?

    It depends on the size of your library. For 1,000 photos, a few minutes. Indexing runs in the background, even when the app is closed.

  • Which languages are supported?

    OCR works in 7 languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese. Audio transcription supports 99+ languages through Whisper.
